Pre-service teachers’ attitudes towards quality assurance

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate pre-service teachers’ attitudes towards quality assurance in Jammu. The sample was comprised of 100 pre-service teachers enrolled in B.Ed. The Attitude Scale towards quality assurance was developed by the researcher for measuring the attitudes of pre-service teachers towards teaching profession as a data collection tool. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. Results showed that there were no significant differences by subject streams and programs but significant differences were observed between male and female of pre-service teachers.
