Gender sensitization is a transformative process that aims to promote gender equality and it changes discriminatory attitudes, it also eventually fosters inclusive environment it recognize that gender is a social construct, influencing individual experiences, opportunities and interact will all social discriminations. The present paper is on the consideration of a study on gender sensitization and conducted a survey of the students of Vidyasagar college for women under the Calcutta university. The survey was conducted approx on 426 students of this college.

The survey focused on these issues:-
1. To identify gender imbalances and its causes
2. To promoted gender balance in decision making
3. To breeze the gender gap.
4. To foster gender equality.
5. To prevent sexual harassment.

In order to analysis the views of the students, and a simple survey researcher used 10 questions for this pursues and used suitable methods for result analysis.
