Abstract: Economic and social progress has always been based on education. Education can take many different forms, such as affirmative mental processes and cognitive thinking. It improves societal well-being. Women's education is important for social justice reasons as well as because it hastens the transformation of society. The degree of literacy and educational attainment are crucial markers of a society's growth, and as women from undeveloped areas make equal contributions to the advancement of society and the economy, we cannot exclude them from discussions about the development of any civilization. Bihar's educational system has advanced remarkably during the last 20 years, from 2003 to 2023. Positive changes are being observed in the Bihar government's efforts to improve accessibility to the state's educational facilities. However, when it comes to the most crucial metrics political involvement, health care, and education, women in Sudan fall far behind. The 45% female literacy rate varies from 24% in West Darfur to 68% in Khartoum. While there are encouraging signs of improvement in the growing rates of literacy in both states, literacy itself is not a guarantee of an educated populace. However, there are notable disparities in education between the male and female populations as well as between urban and rural women in Bihar and Sudan. The purpose of this research is to focus on the current status of educational development of women in Bihar and Sudan. The numerous problems and difficulties related to this will also be highlighted by this study. The final goal of this study is to illustrate some strategies for overcoming each of these obstacles.
