Author(s): Shara Ollivierre-Stewart

Abstract: The objective of this study was to specifically explore how school leaders and lecturers at the tertiary level are impacted by inclusive education. The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of lecturers and school leaders with inclusive education at the tertiary level in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The selected research design is the single case study. Data were collected using in-depth, semi-structured interviews, and open-ended questionnaires. The thematic analysis was used to analyze the data in this study. The findings might influence major stakeholders to properly reform policy development, and fill the gap in the field, which explicitly promotes and incorporates inclusive education while sustaining innovation and stimulating the minds of stakeholders to rethink inclusive education at the tertiary level.
